Returns & Cancellations
While there is no option to cancel the order as we process the orders within 24 hours post order confirmation you can get in touch with customer support team for a cancellation request. We will cancel the order if the same is not shipped from our warehouse. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.
Our Return Policy offers you the option to return items purchased on srirudra.com within 3 days of the receipt of the product. Please contact our support team at email@example.com or reach us on +91 89260 23456 to initiate a return and log a complaint.
In the unlikely event that any product you received from us is damaged / defective or a size mismatch, replacement is possible.
Please contact our customer support for initiating the replacement and send us the images/snapshots of the damaged product. Once our returns section receives and verifies the product, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund as the case may be. Customer has to self ship the product to our below address:

Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the stock and replacement product. In such cases, we will offer only a refund.
Customer will have to self-ship the product to our warehouse and self shipment cost to be incurred by the customer. We do not provide any Reverse Pick up Facility.
Note: Refund/replacement are accepted at the sole discretion of www.srirudra.com. If we find the complaint genuine, we shall process refund within 15 working days.
